About Me

I founded Engaged Communication in 1991; since then I have worked to hone my skills as an executive leadership coach and speaker.

Most of my work is with senior and executive level leaders in medium and large sized companies with an emphasis on firms in technology and entertainment; though I work regularly with leaders in the financial services, retail and defense industries.

My focus is improving the leadership communication and engagement skills of my clients.  I have a gift for at providing an “insight provoking mirror” for my clients.  I help them clearly recognize the communication and interaction patterns that serve them best and hinder them most.  I work with clients to develop and internalize new approaches and convictions that vastly improve their effectiveness and engagement in all parts of their lives.

I have worked with leaders at more than 150 organizations including more than 70 Global 500 companies.

I have taught at the Haas Graduate School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
