My Coaching
My work and my passion is leadership and workplace communication and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to explore them both in my role as an executive coach, facilitator and speaker. Most of my work is with senior and executive level leaders in medium and large companies with an emphasis on firms in technology and entertainment although I work regularly with leaders in financial services, retail and defense businesses.
Common reasons my clients seek coaching:
- The business they started has grown/merged into something far larger than they have ever run before and their communication and leadership skills need to grow to address the needs of their expanded world
- They have been recently promoted to a role with greater responsibility and visibility than ever before and recognize the need to more effectively engage shareholders, the media, customer groups and employees
- They find themselves struggling to work effectively with one of their key constituents (peers, new team members, their boss, the Board)
- They have a vision for their business but can’t seem to “get others committed”
